- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, check automatic temperature control module for DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check automatic temperature control module power and ground circuits for open circuit
- Check CAN harness between engine control module and automatic temperature control module, repair as necessary
