G256924t3: CHECK THE HEADLAMP TO ASU PWM SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND

  1. Reconnect the battery negative terminal.
  2. Measure the resistance between CR89, pin 03 (Y) and GROUND.
    • Is the resistance less than 10,000 ohms? 
  1. -> Yes:  REPAIR the short circuit. For additional information, refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
  2. -> No:  Go to Pinpoint G256924t4: CHECK THE HEADLAMP TO ASU PWM SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO B+ .
