G256924t53: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND FRONT SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO B+

  1. Disconnect the right-hand front height sensor electrical connector, EC18.
  2. Measure the voltage between EC18, pin 04 (GW) and GROUND.
    • Is the voltage greater than 3 volts? 
  1. -> Yes:  REPAIR the short circuit. For additional information, refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
  2. -> No:  Go to Pinpoint G256924t54: CHECK THE RIGHT-HAND FRONT SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND .
