G531320t98: CHECK THE BRAKE SWITCH CIRCUIT FOR SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND IN THE HARNESS

  1. Measure the resistance between:
    CONNECTOR REFERENCE CHART

    CR32 connector, harness side Vehicle battery
    Brake switch - signal - Pin 07 Negative terminal
    • Is the resistance greater than 100 Kohms? 
    • Yes:  The following items have not been fully tested: - EPB module - Brake switch - ECM
    • No:  REPAIR the short circuit. For additional information, refer to the wiring diagrams.
