G256924t14: CHECK THE VENT SOLENOID SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR HIGH RESISTANCE

  1. Measure the resistance between CR91, pin 11 (U) and EC62, pin 01 (U).
    • Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms? 
  1. -> Yes:  REPAIR the high resistance circuit. For additional information, refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
  2. -> No:  Go to Pinpoint G256924t15: CHECK THE VENT SOLENOID SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND .
