G256924t52: CHECK THE RELAY DRIVE CIRCUIT FOR HIGH RESISTANCE

  1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
  2. Disconnect the ASU electrical connector, CR91.
  3. Measure the resistance between CR91, pin 12 (NR).
    • Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms? 
  1. -> Yes:  REPAIR the high resistance circuit. For additional information, refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
  2. -> No:  INSTALL a new air suspension relay. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation. If the DTC is repeated, contact dealer technical support for confirmation of possible module failure, and/or raise an EPQR.
