Brake Pedal: Removal

  1. Remove the brake booster and brake master cylinder. Refer to BRAKE BOOSTER AND BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER .
  2. Remove the brake pedal position (BPP) switch.

  3. Remove brake pedal from pedal housing.
    • Remove nut.
    • Remove pivot pin.
    • Remove brake pedal.

  4. Clean components.
