Test 1-Battery Hydrometer Reading

1. Take specific gravity readings of electrolyte in each cell.
2. If hydrometer register is less than 1.230, recharge battery or substitute with a fully charged battery.
3. Check alternator and battery for loose connections. Clean and tighten where necessary.
