Air Injection Pump Relay: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
ECM regulates air injection system through control of air pump relay.

OPERATION
Relay energizes both air pump electric clutch and vacuum solenoid valve controlling diverter valve function.

Relay Locations And I.D.:

LOCATION
Left front corner of engine compartment near radiator.
