Accelerator Pedal: Description and Operation

Throttle Pedal:

PURPOSE AND OPERATION
Throttle pedal allows driver to adjust amount of engine output dependant upon varying power demands. Pedal is connected to throttle cable. As pedal is pushed towards floor, cable is pulled, opening throttle butterfly.
