During instrument pack diagnosis, the pack is sometimes removed from the vehicle for pack testing. To enable JDS to display internal pack connector information, a new command "get component" has been intrduced. This allows JDS to display a component's connector configuration. once this command has been used, any further locate connector commands are referred to a diagram of the component.
NOTE: JDS fault descriptions for two instrument pack components are not consistent with parts department descriptions. When JDS asks for the replacement of either of these parts (on a 190 or 191 Sedan), ensure the correct part is replaced.
