Disconnect battery and remove ignition key and cigar lighter for safe keeping. Hinge center instrument panel downward after removing screws located in each top corner. If air conditioning is installed, it will be necessary to slide sub-panel forward before instrument panel can be lowered. Loosen two knurled nuts to release sub-panel.
