Conditions for Running the DTC

DTCs P0601, P0602, P0603, P0604, P0606, P0607, P0621, P0622, P1621, P1680, P1681, P2610 are not set.
The ignition is in the Unlock/Accessory, Run, or Crank position.
DTC P0651 runs continuously once the above conditions are met.
