Installation Procedure

  1. Install the balance shaft chain guide.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the balance shaft chain guide bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the balance shaft drive chain. Refer to Balance Shaft Drive Chain Replacement .
