Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the water pump housing. Refer to Engine Coolant Crossover Pipe Replacement .
  2. Remove the water pump cover bolt/studs.
  3. Remove the water pump cover.

  4. Remove the water pump bolts.
  5. Remove the water pump.

  6. Remove and discard the water pump O-ring seal.
