Installation Procedure

  1. Route the water pump drive belt (1) around the water pump pulley and the water pump drive pulley (3).
  2. Install the water pump drive belt tensioner. Refer to Water Pump Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement .
  3. Check the drive belt for proper seating in all the pulley grooves.
