Installation Procedure

  1. Install the cooling fan motor to the fan shroud.

  2. Install the cooling fan motor retaining bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the cooling fan. Refer to Cooling Fan Replacement - Electric .
  4. Install the cooling fan assembly. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement .
