Installation Procedure

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator to the stabilizer shaft with the slit facing forward.
  2. Bend the stabilizer shaft bracket downward to close around the insulator. Ensure the stabilizer bar insulators nest in the clamps. If not, replace the clamps.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
    IMPORTANT: Ensure the stabilizer shaft is centered before installing the bracket bolts.
  3. Install the stabilizer shaft bracket bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the stabilizer shaft bracket bolt to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).

  4. Lower the vehicle.
