Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
    IMPORTANT: Hold the adjustment link studs with the hex tool.
  2. Remove the hex nut from the adjustment link.

  4. Use the J 24319-B  to separate the adjustment link from the control arm.
  5. Remove the exhaust. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement .
  6. Remove the rear suspension support. Refer to Support Replacement - Rear (W/FE1, FE3) or Support Replacement - Rear (W/FE7) .

  8. Remove the cam lock nut and the bolt.
  9. Remove the adjustment link from the support assembly.
