Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector from the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.

  3. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube quick connect fitting from the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  5. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the throttle body.
  6. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the throttle body.

  8. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct from the MAF/IAT sensor.
  9. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the MAF/IAT sensor and the vehicle.
