Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower engine mount bracket onto the engine studs.
  2. Install the transaxle brace.
  3. Install the lower engine mount bracket to engine stud nuts finger tight.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  5. Install the transaxle brace bolt.

    Tighten: 

    • Tighten the transaxle brace bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
    • Tighten the lower engine mount bracket to engine stud nuts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  7. Install the upper engine mount bracket onto the studs.
  8. Install the engine mount bracket to cylinder head bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  9. Install the upper engine mount bracket to lower engine mount bracket nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  10. Install the front frame. Refer to Frame Replacement - Front .
