Air Temperature Actuator Replacement - Auxiliary

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedure Remove the instrument panel lower trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the right hand floor air outlet duct. Refer to Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Floor, RH . Disconnect the auxiliary air temperature actuator electrical connector.
1	Auxiliary Air Temperature Actuator Screw (Qty: 3) Tighten: 1 N.m (9 lb in)

Preliminary Procedure

Remove the instrument panel lower trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
Remove the right hand floor air outlet duct. Refer to Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Floor, RH .
Disconnect the auxiliary air temperature actuator electrical connector.

Auxiliary Air Temperature Actuator Screw (Qty: 3)

Tighten: 1 N.m (9 lb in)

Auxiliary Air Temperature Actuator
