Heater Pipes Replacement

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedure Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1	Heater Outlet Pipe Nut Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Heater Outlet Pipe Tip: Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers, position heater outlet hose clamps aside and remove hose from the heater hose and engine.

Preliminary Procedure

Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill) .
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .

Heater Outlet Pipe Nut

Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Heater Outlet Pipe
Tip: Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers, position heater outlet hose clamps aside and remove hose from the heater hose and engine.
