Heater Pipes Replacement

Heater Pipes Replacement

Callout Component Name
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
Fastener Tightening Specifications:  Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill) .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1 Heater Outlet Pipe Nut

Tighten:  25 N.m (18 lb ft)

2 Heater Outlet Pipe
Tip:  Using J 38185  Hose Clamp Pliers, position heater outlet hose clamps aside and remove hose from the heater hose and engine.
