Heater Hoses Replacement

Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedure Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1	Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Assembly Tip: Using the J 47622 Heater Hose Clamp Tool, position heater hose clamps aside and remove the heater hoses.

Preliminary Procedure

Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill) .
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .

Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Assembly
Tip: Using the J 47622 Heater Hose Clamp Tool, position heater hose clamps aside and remove the heater hoses.
