Installation Procedure

  1. Align the fuel filler pocket to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the screws to the fuel filler pocket.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the fuel filler hose. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement .
  4. Install the fuel cap.
  5. Close the fuel filler door.
