Installation Procedure

  1. Install the endgate hinge to the endgate.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the bolts retaining the endgate hinge to the endgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the endgate hinge bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  3. Install the endgate to the vehicle. Refer to EndGate Replacement .
