Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: View Of Fascia And Upper Retaining Bolts

  1. Position the fascia to the vehicle impact bar.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the upper retaining bolts to the fascia.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  3. Install the screws that retain the fascia to the wheelhouse flanges.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Install and fully seat the lower push-pins.
  5. Install the backup lamp socket assemblies, if applicable. Refer to Backup Lamp Replacement (GMC) .
