Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the head restraint. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  2. Remove the seat back cover and pad high enough to expose the head restraint guides. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear No. 1 .

  3. Remove the head restraint guides by squeezing the retaining tabs (1) located at the bottom of the guides together.
