Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the head restraint to the full up position by pressing the release tab (2) and by lifting up the head restraint.
  2. Insert a small tool into the head restraint retainer port (1).
  3. In order to release the head restraint retainer, simultaneously lift up on the head restraint while applying inward pressure to the tool in the retainer release port (1).
  4. Remove the head restraint from the seat assembly.
