2	Verify that the hazard lamps are inoperative. Do the hazard lamps operate normally?	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections	Go to Step 3
3	Do the turn signal lamps operate normally?	Go to Step 4	Go to Symptoms - Lighting Systems
4	Disconnect the turn/hazard flasher. Activate the hazard lamp switch. Test for a ground signal at the hazard switch signal circuit input terminal of the turn/hazard flasher connector. Refer to Circuit Testing . Is a ground signal present?	Go to Step 6	Go to Step 5
5	Test the multifunction turn signal switch hazard switch signal circuit and ground circuit for an open or high resistance. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs . Did you find and correct a condition?	Go to Step 10	Go to Step 7
6	Inspect for poor connections at the harness connector of the hazard/turn flasher. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs . Did you find and correct a condition?	Go to Step 10	Go to Step 8
