Liftgate Glass Squeak Noise When Opening

This bulletin ONLY applies to vehicles built PRIOR to 4/20/07.
Service Information
This Bulletin is being revised to update model years and add an attention statement.
Condition:
Some customers may comment on a squeak noise when opening the liftgate glass.
Correction:
Lubricate hinge.
Service Procedure
The plastic hook on the center high-mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) molding may be rubbing against the hinge pin. Apply Super Lub(R) (available through AIPDN) to the area as shown.
