Instrument Cluster: Removal

  1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
  2. Remove front console assembly (1). See Fig 1 and see INSTRUMENT PANELS in ACCESSORIES AND BODY, CAB.
  3. Remove lower cluster assembly (2). See Fig 1 and see INSTRUMENT PANELS in ACCESSORIES AND BODY, CAB.
  4. Remove instrument panel driver lower cover (3). See Fig 1 and see INSTRUMENT PANELS in ACCESSORIES AND BODY, CAB.

  5. Remove four fixing screws and disconnect meter connectors to remove meter assembly (5). See Fig 2.

    CAUTION: Removed meter assembly should be placed upright or with its face side up.
