Diagnostic Aids

An intermittent condition is likely to be caused by a short to ground in passenger-side air bag circuits. Inspect circuits IB07 (Yellow/Green wire) and IB08 (Yellow/Red wire) carefully for cutting or chafing. If wiring pigtail of passenger-side air bag is damaged, component must be replaced.
