Circuit Description

When ignition is turned on, ignition voltage is applied from METER fuse C-11 (10-amp) to AIR BAG warning light which in turn is connected to SDM terminal No. 7 (Green wire). SRS fuse (10-amp) applies system voltage to SDM terminal No. 12 (Black/Red wire). SDM responds by flashing AIR BAG warning light 7 times. If ignition voltage measures more than 16 volts, AIR BAG warning light will stay off with no DTC's set.
