Circuit Description

When ignition is turned on, ignition voltage is applied from METER fuse C-11 (10-amp) to AIR BAG warning light which is connected to SDM connector, terminal No. 7 (Green wire). SRS fuse (10-amp) applies system voltage to SRS terminal No. 12 (Black/Red wire). SDM responds by flashing AIR BAG warning light 7 times. If ignition voltage is less than 9 volts, AIR BAG warning light will come on steady with no DTC's set.
