Parking Brake Rear Cable (4WD Model): Removal

1. Remove rear wheels. See Fig 1. Remove 2 bolts to remove the caliper assembly from the support bracket. See REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER . Temporarily hang the caliper with wire.
2. Remove rotor (drum). Remove holding spring, upper return spring and lower return spring. Previously remove the rear cable from the parking brake lever, then remove the brake shoe assembly. See Fig 2.
3. Remove cable fixing bolt (8) and 3 remaining bolts (9, 10 and 11). See Fig 1. Remove nut (12). Remove nut (13) and retainer. Remove rear cable.
