Front Disc Brake Caliper: Reassembly

CAUTION: When inserting piston, use finger pressure ONLY.

Use NEW piston seal, boot ring and dust boot. Apply special rubber grease to the piston seal and cylinder wall, piston, dust boot inner surface, lock pin and guide pin setting hole. Reassemble caliper components. See Figure. Torque bleeder and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
