Description & Operation
Instrument cluster consists of a speedometer, fuel gauge, tachometer, coolant temperature gauge and warning indicator lights. In addition, vehicles with Torque On Demand (TOD) has the indicator display. Vehicles without TOD have a voltmeter and oil pressure gauge. See Fig 1 . All gauges use variable resistance sending units. Gauges are not serviceable individually and are replaced as a unit.
