Removal & Installation

Disconnect fluid level switch (if equipped). Disconnect and plug hydraulic lines at master cylinder. Remove master cylinder from power brake unit. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bench bleed master cylinder prior to installation. Adjust pedal height and free play (if necessary). See BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT , FREE PLAY & STOPLIGHT SWITCH under ADJUSTMENTS.
