Disassembly (Amigo, Passport, Rodeo, SLX & Trooper)

  1. Remove clutch release cylinder. See CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Remove push rod and dust cover.
  2. Remove piston, spring seat and return spring. Remove piston, cup and spring as an assembly. Remove bleed screw. See Figure. Wash parts in clean brake fluid.
