Diagnostic Chart Step References

NOTE: Following step references refer to test step numbers on diagnostic chart. For circuit number and wire color identification, see WIRING DIAGRAMS .

1) This test checks if power is available to SDM warning light power feed circuit.
2) This test checks if voltage is present in warning light circuit.
3) This test checks if malfunction is in instrument cluster.
4) This test checks for open in warning light circuit.
5) This test isolates circuit IB04 and checks for short in IB04 circuit to voltage.
8) This test checks for short from SDM warning light power feed circuit to ground.
9) This test checks if short to ground is due to short in wiring.
