Amigo & Rodeo (Front Doors & Tailgate)

  1. Disconnect actuator. Using a DVOM, check continuity between terminals No. 1 and 3 of left front door actuator, between terminals No. 2 and 3 of right front door actuator and between terminals No. 3 and 4 of tailgate actuator. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  2. Continuity should exist with door unlocked, and should not exist with door locked. If continuity is not as specified, replace actuator. If continuity is as specified, repair circuit as necessary. See ANTI-THEFT & KEYLESS ENTRY CONTROLLER CIRCUIT TEST  under SYSTEM TESTS.
