Wipers Operate In High Position Only But Wiper Motor Runs At Low-Speed: Hombre

Check for open or poor connection in Yellow wire between instrument panel fuse block and wiper motor assembly connector terminal "C". See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If circuit is okay, replace wiper motor assembly. See FRONT WIPER MOTOR under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
