Front Output Gear Assembly (4WD): Disassembly

Remove front output shaft bearing snap ring and rear bearing snap ring. See Figure. Remove front output shaft rear ball bearing, bearing collar, subgear snap ring, spacer, Belleville spring, subgear, front output gear, needle bearing and clutch hub with sleeve. Press off front output shaft front ball bearing using Bearing Remover (J22912-01).
