Upper Intake Manifold: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Adjust accelerator cable. See Fig 2. Loosen adjusting nut and screw cap. Pull outer cable with throttle valve closed. Tighten adjusting nut and screw cap temporarily. Loosen adjusting nut 3 turns and tighten screw cap. Ensure valve lever returns to stopper screw.
