Front & Rear Disc Brake Caliper: Disassembly

Remove sleeve dust boot and guide pin dust boot. Remove dust seal ring (if equipped) and dust seal. See Figure . Place wood block between piston and caliper wall. Using compressed air, force piston from caliper bore. Remove piston seal ring.
