Oil Pan: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Apply about 1/8" bead of Sealant (TB-1207C) on oil pan gasket surface. Oil pan must be installed within 1/2 hour after sealant application. Ensure bead of sealant is on the inside of bolt hole on oil pan flange. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table. Fill engine with oil.
