Valve Lifter (1.6L DOHC): Removal

Remove camshaft. See CAMSHAFT  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Note location of adjuster shim and valve lifter for reassembly reference. Remove adjuster shim and valve lifter from cylinder head.
