Valve Clearance Adjustment

Ensure that rocker arm shaft brackets are tightened to specifications. Set No. 1 piston at TDC of compression stroke. Adjust clearance of No. 1 and No. 2 intake, and No. 1 and No. 3 exhaust valves to specifications. Turn crankshaft 360 degrees to place No. 4 piston on TDC of compression stroke. Adjust remaining valves.
