Removal & Installation (Impulse)

Completely drain cooling system and disconnect top radiator hose. Remove A/C compressor and bracket, if used. Disconnect EGR pipe from rear intake manifold. Disconnect throttle body cable, wiring, fuel and vacuum hoses. Remove intake manifold and throttle body/intercooler as an assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure.
